Fire-Rated Floor Assemblies - both 1 hour and 2 hour fire-rated floor assemblies using a single layer of 19mm (3/4") Versaroc. See the technical data downloads for details of the assemblies.
Fire-Rated Roof Assemblies - Underwriter's Laboratories Designs P523 and P526 offer both 1 and 1-1/2 hour fire-resistance rating in accordance with ANSI/UL 263. See the technical data downloads for details of these assemblies.
Versaroc Composition:
- 71% Portland Cement
- 19% Mineralized Wood Particles
- 9% Water
- 1% Bonding Agent
Versaroc is suppled in 4' x 8' boards with factory sealer applied to protect from weather and tongue & groove edge configuration on the boards' long dimensions.
Versaroc has superior structural integrity and it will not delaminate in water and is dimensionally stable.
Versaroc can be sawn, planed, sanded, drilled, routed, nailed, and screwed with standard carpentry tools.
